More beer gadgets

Yep, believe it or not, this is an actual device somebody designed to stop your beer getting too warm by providing shade for your glass.

It was spotted by Andy Neil of Bier-Mania, cultural beer tours, at the L’Estaminet bier-cafe deep in the Ardennes.

Great idea, and more simple than anything Foster’s have thought up (YouTube the Foster’s ads if you haven’t seen them).

There’s only one design flaw as far as we can tell – it relies on the fact that your beer will be standing around long enough to warm up......
